Reports (autoclean.step_functions)

This section covers the report classes that provide functionality for generating reports in the Pipeline class.

Report Functions

create_run_report	Creates a pdf report summarizing the run.
update_task_processing_log	Update the task-specific processing log CSV file with processing details.
create_json_summary	Creates a JSON summary of the run metadata.
generate_bad_channels_tsv	Generates a tsv file containing the bad channels and reasons for flagging for the run.
